VRAXA crafted the Interactive Virtual Meeting using Holobox for the ATP Qatar Open 2024, hosted by the Qatar Tennis Federation. This groundbreaking initiative enabled fans to meet their tennis idols virtually, where players appeared in real-time within a Holobox. Situated at the tournament venue, this setup allowed players to stand in a studio while interacting live with fans, who watched and communicated with them through the holographic display. This interactive technology bridged the gap between fans and stars, enhancing the spectator experience during both the men’s and women’s tournaments.

The Holobox technology provided a remarkably immersive experience, simulating a face-to-face meeting by transmitting live video and audio feeds between the players and fans. This setup not only captivated attendees but also added a modern twist to fan engagement at sports events. Located strategically around the event area, the Holobox drew substantial attention, becoming a focal point of fan activities. VRAXA’s implementation of this experience at the ATP Qatar Open 2024 demonstrated innovative use of holographic technology to create memorable interactions at a major international sports event.
